See You in the Pool
It's a new year. Make swimming a part of your routine or create a new routine with swimming. The benefits of swimming are many - non-impact workouts, minimum of stress on the joints, burn 450 calories when you swim 1 mile in 30 minutes. Would you like to burn that many calories in just 30 minutes? When was the last time you broke a sweat while swimming? Could you use some pointers on how to improve your swimming or on how to take your swimming to the next level as a workout? Would you like to finally learn how to swim … well? Now is the time to take advantage of some newly refined options. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 am and at 8:30 am you can Fitness through Swimming. Members choose to participate in a session, paying a one-time fee for that session. The first session runs from January 3- February 9. For unlimited Fitness Through Swimming sessions for those 6 weeks, the fee is $72. That is $6 per session. For drop-ins, the fee is now $10. Our goal is to help you set and achieve your swimming fitness goals.
