Precision Barre
Precision Barre Training is the most targeted body-toning workout. Burn fat, reshape the body, sculpt arms, enhance posture and trim the waist. Precision Training is an organized program that works all the major muscle groups while concentrating on the fundamentals of movement. The class is composed of three segments: • Isometric barre work • Floor exercises to improve core strength • Bar stretching techniques. Marika Sakellariou, former dancer, choreographer and creator of Precision Training has spent many years teaching, experimenting and researching exercise methods and techniques that best train the body for performance and competition.

Dancing with Michael
Master teacher Michael Parra whips together all sorts of music and dance styles in this heart pounding, non-stop 90 minute class. Michael can teach anyone to dance! He will show you how to make the most of your moves whether they're ballet or hip-hop. Each of the four sessions repeats and progresses the same sequence. Performing a sophisticated dance combination liike a pro.
