We have a new ranking category called "open" for players who are new to the squash ladder.  An "open" player may challenge anyone in their division to get started on the ladder.

New Squash Ladder Guideline Effective February 1, 2010
Any squash ladder player who has not played a ladder match within the last six months will have their ranking changed to "open".

This change is to consolidate active players at the top of the ladder, while still giving everyone a chance to jump in and play on the ladder when they are ready.

All squash league matches qualify as a squash ladder challenge count.
