Making Your Massage Last

Here are a few tips from our spa experts to help you prolong the muscle-soothing results of any massage.

Book an evening appointment
Schedule your massage for the end of the day so you're ready to relax and won't have to make a mad dash anywhere after your treatment.

Skip the coffee
To stay calm longer, try to avoid caffeine post-massage.

Make the moment last
Extend your treatment time by enjoying a cup of tea in our Relaxation Room.  Also make the most of our Club's amenities, such as our steam room or sauna. If you head home instead, consider soaking in a warm bath by candlelight.
