Join us on Thanksgiving Day for a total body conditioning class that will rev up your metabolism and get you ready to feast without the guilt. Then come back again on Friday before your holiday shopping for some Cardio Yoga to keep you stress free as we approach this busy season.

Pilates Allegro Series

If you are looking for the perfect compliment to your aerobic program, try Pilates Allegro Reformer. In this small group class you will be guided through a series of controlled exercises that are specifically tailored to your level of ability. Each student will work on a reformer that allows for full range of motion with increasing levels of difficulty. Ongoing signups are available for our Tuesday and Thursday morning classes.
