SHRED Ski Conditioning

Get primed for the mountain in this winter sport group workout. Trainer Liz Lloyd will push you to the edge in this systems strengthening program. Improve cardiorespiratory capacity, muscular strength, power, and agility. Last longer, recover faster, and get the most out of high intensity winter activities!

Schedule:
Mini Session 3: February 6-18

Days:
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12:00 - 1:00 pm
Saturdays, 10:00 - 11:00 am

Cost:
$295 each mini session for members or guests.
There is a maximum of 10 participants for each session and advance registration is required. This program cannot be pro-rated or refunded.
