Shadow Boxing

Shadow Boxing is a simple, high-intensity, boxing group exercise activity set to music. You'll experience high-energy sports training moves for cardiovascular fitness, along with upper and lower body conditioning exercises. Shadow Boxing is for everyone with moderate fitness levels. The moves are simple and don't demand flawless coordination.
