Slim in 7 Pilates

We've taken our proven weight loss program, Slim in 7, and incorporated various forms of Pilates! On Tuesdays and Thursdays, participants will use the Allegro Reformer for a Pilates-based workout that includes the tough cardio work of a jump board. On Mondays and Wednesdays, participants will meet in the Pilates Studio where they will work on building strength using all Gyrotonic equipment.

Slim in 7 Pilates includes all the features of our traditional program, such as Saturday cardio workouts, the one-on-one Registered Dietitician appointment, the body composition testing, and more.

Program Includes:

  •   Five workouts a week--that's 35 training sessions in all!
  •   Two Personal Nutrition consultations
  •   Two Group Nutrition workshops
  •   Pre- and post-program Polar BodyAge assessments
