If you've been searching for the perfect program that's challenging and will keep you accountable (so you'll finally lose those unwanted pounds), this is it.

In just seven weeks, you'll learn how to eat better, work out smarter, lose inches, and maintain results-all while getting back on track with your health and fitness goals. Your Slim in 7 team consists of the Club's talented dietitian, along with a number of our top personal trainers, who are completely dedicated to ensuring your success.

Program Includes:

  • Two cognitive behavior/stress management lectures
  • Two group nutrition lectures
  • Pre- and post-training Polar BodyAgeTM assessments
  • A one-on-one nutrition consultation with the Club's Registered Dietitian
  • Weekly e-mail support with the Club's Registered Dietitian
  • 35 small-group training sessions - that's five workouts a week!

Days/Times:
August 23 - October 8

  • Group 1: Mondays-Thursdays, 6:30 am - 7:30 am; Saturdays, 9:00 am - 11:00 am
  • Group 2: Mondays-Thursdays, 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm; Saturdays, 9:00 am - 11:00 am

Nutrition appointments and pre-program measurements begin the week of August 16!

Introducing Top Gun

This program begins with complimentary fitness testing. The test is modeled after the real Military Boot camp fitness test that recruits must pass to allow them to enter the Boot camp program. (See above, What is the Top Gun Test, for details).

Once you take the test, the program begins and it is a program like no other. You will be challenged beyond your wildest dreams, pushed far beyond your limits and what you will accomplish in terms of improving your fitness level will be astonishing. If you are the fittest of the fit, you will achieve Top Gun Honors and not only will your name will go on a plaque in the lobby but you will then be awarded free entry into the next session. So if you feel the need - the need for speed - sign yourself up for the Top Gun program today!

Achieve Lieutenant status by passing the Top Gun test.

Come see the Top Gun instructor team and The San Franciso Bay Club trainers complete their testing August 30 - Sept 3 and get any questions you have answered in person!
